LCD shows vertical and horizontal lines.

After successfully taking off the digitizer and testing the LCD (which was working). Once starting to Remove the adhesive residue, about half way through decided to test again and LCD shows lines bottom half of the LCD. Any idea?

*already tried soft reset, double checked the LCD connection.*

**no crack on the LCD**
