My iPad won't charge. What should I do?

My iPad won't charge. What should I do? I tried using different iPad Chargers and Cables but it doesn't do anything. I also tried plugging it onto the PC but it doesn't react as well.

I tried turning it off, then plugging the charger in and like what its supposed to do, it turns on! I don't know what to do now that I'm reaching 10% battery. Turned off wifi and turned the brightness on the lowest. I hope i get an answer before it dies off.
