How do we Replace either the Micro-USB OR micro-HDMI jack?

Before commenting, please know: I KNOW where to order the jack parts, I just need to know HOW to replace them.

2nd and sometimes even 1st of the major two problems of the D4 was not just the battery, but relatted, the micro-usb port failure.
Although there is an excellant micro-usb cleaning video on YouTube (and that does work in most cases), what is clearly lacking but needed should be within the teardown, we need to see how to replace the micro-usb and micro-hdmi jack ports. We don't even see pictures of their freedom! Frankly only mentioned as to their existence. Please add to and change the teardown to explain this procedure (should be part of the teardown, shouldnt need to be a separate video)
Also , where can we get the exact same OEM jacks -I see alot of Razor links, but nothing for D4 yet.
