A1278 logic board swap with A1211

I have a 2010 13" 2.26 ghz macbook pro with minor logic board damage, its weird, everything works fine except when i press any key on the keyboard, then it locks my mouse in right click mode. Well i have a working macbook A1211 , 15" 2.16 ghz laptop.  was wondering the complications of swapping the working logic board from my A1211 into my A1278. Thanks for your help!
