AMD Radeon RX 6950 XT: GPU powers on but has no video output

I built a friend a PC, worked perfectly before I shipped it, GPU (6950 XT as per the photo)

was damaged during shipping and he was unsuccessful with insurance/RMA so I'm looking at how I can fix it. The only physical damage is to the tab that locks the GPU into the Mobo, but this in itself isn't always a problem from what I've read, my best guess currently is that some of the traces from the PCB are shorting in the damaged area. Is this fixable? I work in engineering and have a very good selection of tools available.

I bought this GPU untested for $25. I haven't worked on GPUs before. When powered on, the fans spin up, the computer's lights turn on, but I get no display out. Where should I start/what should I do first?

When I was cleaning the card I made the stupid mistake of putting the card in my lap and wearing socks on the carpet, but when I put the card in and turn it on its fans spin and it sometimes gives me a black screen.

I have a GTX 1050 (not Ti) which is showing blank screen. Looking at the pcb, it looks like some of the resistor/caps smds have been knocked off so any ideas what they could be?

Have attached a very high rez image. Ignore the slight wonkiness as its a stitched together image. Have circled and numbered where I've spotted missing components.

Hi!
I recently bought a used Nvidia Geforce 7800 GTX graphics card for a PC Build. It is a older genereration PCI Express graphics card. During shipping, a capacitor was almost torn off the PCB. It is barely hanging on with one of the sides still soldered on the loose parts of the PCB.

I am not skilled with electronics. I have soldered cables for audio, but thats it. Can this be fixed? Is it enough to just solder it back on? Pictures below. Thanks for any tips!

Hey all, I've been trying to fix a XFX rx570 XXX edition 8gb. Keep in mind I've no knowledge so I've been doing this using tutorials. Any help is appreciated.

8pin connector led is open when pc boots, but nothing else happens (no image).

Fans don't spin.

PCIe pins are all ok. They have similar resistance and not one is faulty. PCIe capacitors are all ok also, they have similar resistances.

12V pin is ok. 3.3V is also ok.

No visible damage/burnt components.

I booted it with the heatsink unscrewed to check voltages and here is what I gathered. Everything below is based on this video: https://youtu.be/5oD69tIrU7c?si=cQbnSDhl...

GPU core doesn't heat up at all. Stays cold.

12V voltage is ok (C157, C151).

3.3V voltage is ok (next to C157, C151).

At the 5V regulator on the back on the 3 legs I read 2.5V, 3.3V, 12.V and opposite of them I read 3.3V. Didn't read the suppossed 5V.

At the 1.81V on the back I read 1.81V. One thing I noted was when I read the voltage, the fans spun for a split second.

Display rail read 0.92V

VDDCI/memory controller read 0V

1R0 (memory) read 0V

GPU read 0V

Things I tried that I am not sure I did correctly:

Continuity test on 8 pin connector socket.

Resistance measurement on the regulators on the back of the card.

I have a problem, i have bought 2 cheap vga monitors to put on my desk,

but i ran into the problem that my gt 635 only has 1 vga port and 1 hdmi port, i did have a hdmi to dvi cable, so i bought a dvi to vga adapter, but it wont work, so i took the panel of my pc, and looked at my videocard, and compared it to pictures online, i noticed that i have some aditional soldering points that dont have a connector soldert onto (look at picture

so i started to search on the internet for adding aditional connectors to gpu's but i couldnt find anything, please help..
