My phone takes 12 hours to charge 0 to 100...I think it is charging ic issue ..if anyone has a solution please tell me....I used Tecno original charger also but all in vain

Nothing happened to the phone,it didn't drop,cos I use it for my bank app, I did a transfer and used the fingerprint then I wanted to do a transfer after getting a haircut, it hasn't worked since then
