I have a Tecno Camon 18P which i bought in January 2022. It was working fine till its fingerprint sensor started showing issue sometimes it wouldn't detect any finger and sometimes it did. But now the sensor is completely dead. It doesn't show any detection. Anyhow, the power button still works. Anyone please help me

After I turned on my phone today, its screen looked strange, the entire interface became small, some applications switched to PC mode, as if I logged in from a computer. (I'm gonna add screenshots below)

I don't really want to contact the service center, and if there's any way to fix this on my own, please help me.

My TECNO Spark Go 2 won't turn on and shows no signs of life (no charging indicator, no vibration, no logo). I have already tried replacing the battery with a new one and tested different chargers and cables, but it remains completely dead. What could be causing this issue?
