電源ケーブルを抜くと電源が落ちて

デックも起動できなくなるのですがどうしてでしょうか？

買ってきた時はこの問題に気付きませんでした。それからマウスとキーボードを接続して調整しようとした時、私と一緒に買った公式の拡張スタンドが接続しましたが、良くなったり悪くなったりして、時々接続できませんでした。そしてdeckの上のusb-cポートがとても緩んでいることに気づきました。前後15度ぐらいの角度で揺れます。でも、いつ壊れるか心配です。公式サイトは買ってから1年も経っていません。どこで修理すればいいのか分からない。

回覆原廠設置後所有的操作都失效導致不能使用，能用+、-及電源進到但一樣完全無法操作

開機可以正常啟動到選擇語言那邊，但不能控制也不能用觸屏選擇，BIOS介面也無法操作，我判斷是BIOS把其他功能都上鎖了，試過拆機子把所有配件分離在結合也沒用

What should I do if the touchscreen and keyboard are completely unresponsive?

After restoring factory settings, all operations are disabled, rendering the computer unusable. I can use the +, - and power buttons to enter the operating system, but it's still completely unresponsive.

The computer boots normally to the language selection screen, but I can't control the controls or use the touchscreen. The BIOS interface is also unresponsive. I suspect the BIOS has locked all other functions. I've tried disassembling and reassembling all the components, but that didn't work.

When I was trying to fix my R1 button I thought the shield screw was underneath that tape and I peeled it off. I managed to get it back on but it wasn't really that sticky so I'm wondering what type of tape would work with it. I've seen some suggest kapton tape or graphite tape but In general I want it to remain black

Hello everybody

After purchasing a new battery here from iFixit and carrying out the repair, I have no battery icon visible on the device.

When I connect the old battery, the icon is visible again.

Can we agree this must be an issue with the battery? RMA.

Any input greatly appreciated.

Steam Deck OLED: Left Speaker: No audio below 50% volume

I only recently noticed my SD has no audio from the left speaker when the volume (general or just for the left speaker channel) is below 50%. It gets really spotty between 50 and 59% (i.e. it cuts off a lot) but works normally from 60% upwards which is too loud for me.

I've checked the audio in-game, on Steam (Gaming mode), and on Desktop mode. The issue is universal. Bluetooth and 3.5mm hack are unaffected. Speaker channel volumes are equal.

I haven't seen anyone else with this same specific issue though I know audio issues with the SD seem to be rampant. I've tried some simple fixes including the Factory reset which did not help.

Anyone have any ideas?

Steam Deck: Bluetooth and controller not responding

Controls won't respond, and Bluetooth won't connect to anything. Going into desktop mode the controller isn't there, no Bluetooth mouse, no Bluetooth keyboard either.I tried a physical keyboard also and no luck.When I look at controllers connected I get no game controller found, and when I look at the Bluetooth settings it says no Bluetooth adapters found

Steam Deck: Steam deck failing to turn on after seeing black screen and stripes.

I had my steam deck on charge over night and woke to the screen flashing white stripes. It’s not been starting since. It responds when i turn it on with a slight sound and power light flash but then nothing.

Steam Deck: My Up Dpad isn't working

My steam deck up directional button is not given any input or not working at all. My other buttons on my steam deck does including the left, down, and right d pad inputs. I took it apart to see what was wrong with it I can't seem to brainstorm what's going on as everything looks normal inside. So what I need a new membrane Dpad or the entire left bumper board with the d-pad cable?

Steam Deck: Replaced left trackpad but it's not recognized whatsoever

I procured an authentic Steam Deck OLED left trackpad, and after I installed it, my Steam Deck OLED failed to recognize it, whatsoever. I double checked all my connections, and checked for any damage to the trackpad, but everything was secure and without damage. The QR code on the back of my old trackpad read: SECN43700B84 and the new trackpad read: SWYFBF7G0030102345257701. They obviously don't follow the same formatting scheme so I'm wondering if they are from different generations. Any insight or guidance on the matter would be greatly appreciated since there is little to no documentation regarding this issue. Thank you to whomever tries to help me with this.

One day, I went to log in to my Steam Deck, but the controls weren't working. The buttons woldn't respond, and it would say no controller detected. The trackpad stopped working, but today it came back? Nothing else responded though. The touchscreen still works, along with power, vol buttons. I am aslo able to still connect a mouse and keyboard, and a bluetooth controller. How do I fix this problem?

Steam Deck: Where can I buy Left and right Daughter Board?

My Steam Deck fell down, from 80cm onto carpet but it was enough to destroy both R1 and L1 Shoulder Buttons. They snapped right from the daughter board, ripping the traces. No way to solder them back on.

Now I need a new left and right daughter Board but this part seems not to be sold as replacement. Since it was the first to break from a little drop, I imagine more people would need this soon.

Steam Controller: My right bumper isn't working

I was playing a game and was pressing and holding this button a lot. Suddenly, it stopped working. I ran the diagnose on Big Picture mode and when I pressed it really hard it was detected, which led me to believe the problem was with the button piece and not the “sensor”. I haven’t tried opening it yet. How can I fix it?

I opened yesterday and can say for sure now it’s the button.

I’m thinking the only way to fix this now is to 3D print another piece
