助けてください！私は3週間前に購入したGalaxy S9+を使用していますが、USB充電ポートで水分検出されたという警告により、充電ができず、この警告を削除することができません。私はミシガン州に住んでいるので、過度に湿度が高いということはありません。この週末は雨が降って湿度が高く、スマホが急速充電器に接続できませんでした。ワイヤレス充電器は持っていませんでした。

このデバイスに何か問題があるのでしょうか？購入したストアに持って行って、交換か返金を求めるべきでしょうか？困っています。(ちなみに私は気分転換がてら、iPhone8から乗り換えました。)

my phone doesnt have sound in anywhere(even with headphones and bluetooth pods) in instagram if sound is open reels doesnt play till i close the mute reels thing in app, in youtube videos stop for a moment after opening and screen goes like : black screen, green screen, black screen then video plays in bad quality automaticly (and no sound). also my calls does not connect at all. even if it does in like whatsapp etc there is no sound going in or out. and all of those problems happen in the exact same time. sometimes all that problems suddenly disappear(sound comes back too) and sometimes it comes back with all of the problems in the exact same time. this coming in and out cycle happened once and i got it to a guy to fix it. at first it was good but after a week every problems came back at the same time. and i didnt bring the phone back cuz it fixed after like a few days but then it came back again and that cycle repeated itself for like 4-5 times each cycle lasted like few weeks 0 problem few weeks every problem. and currently after a long time the cycle stopped and it stopped on the problems side. how do i fix it for good? (since its been almost a year i cant bring it back to the guy)

This seems to be a common issue but none of the fixes I’ve tried have worked.

There is nothing in the port and the issue has persisted over the last week, sometimes it’s fine after a restart but at the moment nothing is letting me charge at all.

I’ve tried the following:

-Restarting

-Cleaning out and drying port

-Clearing usb port cache

-Charging while phone is off

-Updating phone

Some of these have worked temporarily but currently none are making a difference and my phone is simply not charging due to the alert. It seems to randomly decide if there’s moisture or not or if a restart will help.

Does anyone have advice on any other troubleshooting methods? I’m going to contact Samsung but I’m currently abroad so I need a fix to keep my phone going.

I plan to try safemode and hooking up to a computer when I can, but anything would be helpful at the moment.

Edit: it’s charging in safe mode so it might be a 3rd party app, I will look into what it could be but if there’s any apps that seem to commonly cause this issue please let me know :)

I have an A50 that started claiming that it was overheating and wouldn’t charge. I tried:

Factory reset - No change

Clean charging port with pin, IPA, q-tip - No change

Remove rear cover - Minor water damage on some chips on charging daughterboard, and on the main board.

Replace midframe - No change

Shorting the 2 pins on the side of the motherboard that corresponds to the power button sometimes lets the phone turn on depending on what is connected.

Cleaned water damage with IPA and q-tip - No change
