My BMW was recently running perfect and I had it running while I was inside the gym exercising as I wanted my dog to have AC on. When I returned the car had shut itself off from overheating and coolant was bleeding out the bottom. I ended getting it towed and to the mechanic and the found the oil filter housing broke and the seals busted and it needed to be replaced. They replaced it and the coolant issue was fixed. I soon noticed driving away the heat was blowing and it would not cool down at all. I immediately returned to this mechanic and told them about this issue and the spent a day trying to fix it. The coolant levels are good, the condenser goes on and off, and they said all those parts are working and then they gave up and blamed them not having the bmw computer software to check the switches on the inside of the car vent system or something like that. its frustrating that they charged me 4000 and didn't fix the issue. I have quite a bit of car experience and could do the repair myself I just literally am moving to Florida from Colorado and the car broke an hour before I left and I definitely can't go to Florida with this issue. The car blows hot air its not cooled at all.

I know there are a lot of air conditioner questions but I can't find one that seems to be similar enough. Is there a fuse or a switch that could have been triggered by the mechanic doing the oil housing repair? Could they have done the repair wrong and caused some issue? I am about to replace the air condenser but it feels like that wouldn't fix the issue.

I took apart the system to replace the XYBA button contacts and then after putting it back together the system had an issue with turning on and then turning off with a pop. I have since fixed that problem by replugging some cables however now the system blue light turns on while nothing else does. If i charge the system the orange light will turn on but will immediately turn off upon turning the system on. If I remove the sd card the blue light turns off immediately instead

My Kenwood mixer works for 2 seconds on multi speed mode, then turns off. Works for about 5 seconds on pulse mode, then turns off. What could be the issue?

I have an a1534 macbook which i replaced the battery in along with a new upper case and IPD and Keyboard ribbons. Upon rebooting i get no functionality of the Keyboard or Trackpad other than the power button. I have tried re-seating all the cables. SMC and PRAM reset. I have also tried reinstalling factory OS and still nothing. The parts are all verified working so im at a loss at this point. Machine boots and runs fine with external keyboard and mouse. Any help appreciated.

My JVC 43" LED smart 4k HDR TV - LT-43C890 TV randomly gets the black screen when I turn it on, where the backlights have stopped working so you can't see the images. The image is there, as I can see it when I use the flash on my phone, and also the sound still works. Whenever the TV comes on and there is a picture, the picture will usually remain for as long as the TV is on. But then on random occasions when I turn it on it has the black screen, and it can be like this for a while before it seemingly starts to work again. I have tried removing the cable that runs from the power board to the main board during an occasion when the screen was black, but this did not power the backlights. Before I start stripping it down to start testing the LED strips, can anyone advise on what the most likely cause of intermittent backlight failure is? I'm assuming it can't be a blown LED, as I imagine that would cause a permanent problem? Any help or advice is very much appreciated, thank you in advance. Rich 👍
