Hiya,

So, I have an ipad mini. I've had it for six months and it was working fine twelve hours ago. I fell asleep, and when I woke up and tried to turn it on, it didn't. It was plugged in all night because it was on 4% the last time I saw it was working.

I tried replugging it, it didn't work.

I tried using the iphone 5 cord, it didn't work.

I tried pressing the home button and the power button simutaneously, it was still unresponsive.

I tried plugging it into my computer and trying to restore it.. but there's another problem. It won't sync to my computer, so itunes isn't able to read it at all.

Yes, I tried reinstalling itunes and it still remained unresponsive.

Any idea how it can be fixed? If at all?

When I plug my phone into the PC, it does not sync. All the phone does is charge. The PC doesn't seem to recognize my phone. I've tried re-installing the driver multiple times and that doesn't solve the problem. I need some help please!

I have been fixing iPods for my own kids and their friends. I am able to fix most of them, but some just have me stumped.

Some are completely dead.

How do I tell what is wrong with them?

By completely dead, I mean iTunes won't recognize them and they won't power on.

I have tried the trick where you short the positive battery terminal to ground.

I have tried holding down Power and Home buttons for 15 seconds.

Is there an easy way to tell if the problem is the 30 pin connector before you replace the connector (it's not a trivial task...)?

iPhone 6: GPS & Bluetooth work sporadically.

I have a 128GB iPhone 6, just out of warranty. Two days ago, the GPS signal and Bluetooth connections weakened. They still work, but GPS shows a cone of confusion about 100 feet wide, making navigation and fitness tracking impossible. Bluetooth works within about 3 feet, but any more than that, it cuts out.

My phone is 25 days out of warranty, and Apple and AT&T were not helpful. Anyone have an idea of what the issue could be? WiFi works fine, as do calls, and the phone in is near-mint condition. Any ideas of what the problem could be?

Okay so my phone only charges when its off but when it turns on my phone doesn't recognize that its being charged and then it dies. it comes back to life at 4 percent and dies. its not the cord because I've tried it on 2 different phones and it works perfectly fine on the other two. Again my phone only charges when its off but never when its on.

OK, I've had this laptop (HP pavilion dv2000) for a while now, and I have no idea what happened. Recently, when I turn it on, all the lights turn on—but after around 5 seconds, it beeps loudly four times. Also, the screen is completely black—nothing pops up. The black screen goes on forever. If anybody has had this problem or knows how to fix it, I would be extremely grateful for your help with this problem. I have no idea what to do. Thanks.

iPhone 4: iPhone 4 stuck on apple logo then turns off

The phone gets stuck on the Apple Logo for 20 secs then turns it self off. I have tried restoring, updated it, etc. When restoring it shows the progress bar but as soon as its done it just goes back to same issue. I have also entered my phone into DFU mode and doing a complete restore with no luck. Your help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Fingerprint scanner not working after replacing. Android in-app tells me to go to g.co/pixel/fingerprintunlock which doesn't exist.

Google has a a fingerpint repair tool at https://pixelrepair.withgoogle.com/udfps but it says my firmware is too new for the tool.

Now I have no fingerprint scanner and I used it on all secure apps.

iPhone 5: My iPhone keeps rebooting/shutting down by itself?

I have had this iPhone 5 since just months after it was released in 2012. Dropped it a few times, but nothing major happened except for the lock button busted. Recently, my iPhone just keeps on shutting off all by itself. I could be on whatsapp or instagram or something and the screen will just shut down. Or sometimes lines will appear slowly and then it'll shut down. Other times, the same thing will happen but it'll reboot. But I've noticed that if I'm charging the phone, it doesn't really crash as much. Still does though. And I mean not just crashing like once a day. I mean I use it less than 2 minutes and it'll crash. And if it's not charging, it tends to die even more easily than when I'm not using it. It almost certainly will die every single time when I lock the phone. What's the matter? ): Help!

Hey guys pleeeeaase help im freaking out here!

As i said the big part in the front of earpiece,mesh or whatever you call it is not working,on both sides L and R.I just have the little mesh on the flat side working and its driving me crazy.The front part that goes into ear just have a very little muffled sound which is so annoying.

please help me there's no apple store in my country and you guys are my only hope.

PlayStation 4: PS4 won't turn on (No light or Beep)

I have had my PlayStation4 since release and just recently it started to give me issues. The PS4 is connected to a working power socket and plug in correctly, however I can't get the PS4 to respond (turn on) in anyway. It won't turn on at all, I get no light or beep like others have. The PS4 won't turn on for the Controller or Disk input. Noting out of the norm changed so I don't understand what would have caused this. No falls, no power outages, no over heating. Any ideas? can this even be fixed?
