Pono Player: Where do you send for repair

My boss has a Pono Music Player and wants me to send it for repair, we are in Louisville, KY, is there anywhere local to take it, if not where can it mailed for repair.

Pono Player: Why my Pono player do not charge?

I bought a 2nd Pono player that I do not use for the moment.I charged 2 times with no problems.the third time I tried to charge the battery that was completely uncharged with no success.the Pono player do not even become warm.Nothing.Dead.

any suggestions?

Might iFixIt perform one of its highly valued, thoroughly documented teardowns of Neil Young's new PonoPlayer? From the one that Mike Beauchamp posted last month to YouTube (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xIV8Od-e...), it seems highly repairable, including an extremely simple replacement of the supposedly non-replaceable 2900 MAh (off-the-shelf?) Li-ion battery. Just a thought....
