The ear/loud speaker went out and I replaced it. After replacing it, the speaker/ear speaker was not loud enough even with it turned all the way up. I cannot watch YouTube without the speaker being on my ear. I don't know if it is the phone or the replacement speaker. How can I get the speaker to work again?

Phone was working fine and then it stopped being able to make calls. I was able to use the Wi-Fi network and make texts and then soon after I started getting the message restricted access change voice service blocked I talked to Verizon store and they were unable to diagnose what the problem was

Touchscreen/display comes on to lock screen with side power button. Screen lights up when tapped, but I only showing colored vertical lines. Screen won't respond otherwise & face unlock & fingerprint don't work. . Lock screen fades to dark then vertical colored lines cover the screen. The colored lines then fade out to a black screen with faint lines. Have tried resetting with power button.

I've broken my display, the phone, i think, is working but I can't access anything on it. I bought a new one and got all my info and data thanks to cloud but i didnt have a backup for my screenshots. This has been happening a lot lately and it is getting really frustrating. I haven't changed my screen or anything and I've had my Moto G4 for about a year now. I haven't dropped it from high up or anything and the phone is in great condition. Somehow, most of the time I pick up my phone to use it, the phone will start touching and opening random apps or start typing things when I'm trying to send a text. Can someone please help. I'll appreciate it.

The display on my Motorola Moto E13 (model XT2345-4) is completely black and non-functional, but the phone still powers on. When trying to turn it on, a green flash or line appears on the screen, and there is a visible deep scratch near the lower-left edge. The external glass feels intact, but the internal display panel appears to be damaged. Since iFixit doesn't have an official guide or parts for this model yet, what are the best steps to safely open the phone, check or reseat the display ribbon cable, and source a compatible replacement screen?
