The rubber seals on the display bezel have become sticky due to aging.

How can I remove the sticky residue from the rubber seals and gaskets on the display bezel? I'd like to know what to do.

エアダスターでのホコリ除去なども試してみました。

元々このタイプの古いMacBookProはリコール対象だったことを知らず、Appleでキーボードの無償修理があったようですが、ちょうど調子が悪くなったタイミングがその期限の過ぎた後で対応できませんとのこと。

もし詳しい方で何か対処法をご存知の方がおられましたら、ご教示いただけるとありがたいです。

ディスプレイケーブルが途中で切れてしまっているので、ロジックボード上のコネクターを外し、ディスプレイアセンブリ自体を取り外しました。

その他にも、トラックパッドケーブルとバッテリーも外した状態です。電源を接続すると、起動音が鳴ります。usb-cポートにハブ経由で外部モニターに接続すると、映像信号自体はきているような気がします。ですが、画面のバックライトが光るだけで、何も表示されません。

もしかしたら、取り外した内蔵ディスプレイを検知していて、そこにメインの映像が出力されているのではないかと思っています。(主ディスプレイが存在しないはずの内蔵ディスプレイになっている？)

主ディスプレイを外部ディスプレイに切り替えるにはどうすれば良いでしょうか？

現状内蔵トラックパッド付近のコネクターも損傷しているので、キーボードやトラックパッドは使用不可能です。

ハブにwindows機で使っているキーボードを接続しましたが、おそらく認識されていません。

もしかしたら、Mac用のキーボードを接続すると認識されて、何らかのショートカットを使い、操作出来るのかな、と思っていますがそう言ったことは可能でしょうか？

2011年9月にApple StoreでMacBook Airを新品で購入しました。そしてトラックパッドが、2012年9月に反応しなくなったため、Appleで交換しました。この修理以来、問題は発生していません。

今朝は問題なく動作していたのに、今日の夕方、キーボードとトラックパッドが全く反応しなくなりました。キーボードで動作するキーは、電源ボタンだけです。システム設定では、トラックパッドが接続されていることすら認識されなくなりました。

インターネットのフォーラムで、MacBook Proで同じような問題を抱えた人がいて、それはバッテリーの下にあるリボンケーブルが緩んでいたからだという話を読んだことがあります。しかし、この問題がMacBook Airモデルでも発生しているという情報は見当たりません。もしかしてこれも同じ問題でしょうか？

Can you please call me I’m looking for an adapter that allows me to plug in a 2016/2017 non touch bar SSD drive to either a USB-A or USB-C port to read and test drives externally.

I've torn the lid angle sensor while trying to clean the inside of my computer. I've attempted to work around this by putting the computer to sleep before closing the lid however the screen turns back on as soon as it is closed. Also strange that the screen will stay on indefinitely until the battery is dead, even though i've changed my power savings settings are to turn the display off after one minute of inactivity. Its odd because if the sensor is broken and the computer thinks that it's still open, it should turn off after inactivity. The only solution i've found is to shut the computer off before closing it which is not ideal. Finally, i've found replacement cables online however i've been reading that this will need to be calibrated by a professional? Can anyone confirm if this is true?

Thank you all for the wealth of information. Just to provide an update to you all, i made sure to purchase a used angle sensor that was taken from a working computer and replaced it on my own. So far everything works as it should!

I have issues with my 2020 macbook air.

It think that it is always closed. I can't get it out of sleep for more than 2 seconds (if plugged in) and keyboard and trackpad don't work.

It works great with external monitor and peripherals.

I tried : new keyboard/trackpad flex cable, new trackpad, unpluggin the screen, le left speaker and microphone array (i saw that the lid sensorS are on the mics / right speaker), tried unplugging every board i could, nothing change.

What can i test now ? Maybe the soundcard board ? Can the lid sensor management be bad ?

I'm a bit lost.
