JBL Pulse 4: Bluetoothを繋げられない

何もしていないとどのボタンを長押ししても普通に押しても反応がありません。

しかし、充電するためのコードを刺すと電源が自動で入ります。（その際起動音は正常になります。）

その後、どのボタンを押しても操作はできません。小さな音でザーっと音がながれます。

充電コードを抜くと自動で電源が落ちます。（落ちる時の音は正常になります。）

どのようにすれば改善しますか。

電源コードの問題ではなく、

前の日まで使っていたのですが

何故か充電されなくなり使えなくなりました

Bought today. Waited excitedly for it to charge fully.

Unplugged it, turned it on, nothing happened.

Plug it back in and now even the charger light won't come on.

Good Day Guys! My borrowed JBL PULSE 4 works fine, adding the use of JBL Portable app to customize lightings etc. But I had a problem after the software update of the JBL Pulse 4 using the app, after the update was completed, the speaker won't turn on anymore, neither is charging, it doesn't respond to anything, completely nothing works. The app JBL Portable, broke my borrowed speaker because of the software update it showed on the app. Please help, is there any ways? 😭😭😭

JBL Pulse 4: The LEDs are flashing white at random

So when I power on the speaker, there is no sound and all there is, is the whole unit flashing from its usual colors to a white light. It was working a while ago and before the sound stopped working, all it said was 0362 or something close to that. When the party link is enabled, the flashing stops but resumes when disabled. Don't really have any ideas on what the issue is aside from the battery, a connection is loose or the speakers died.
