Hello all,

My Smartphone (Huawei P20 lite) updatet over night and got stuck in a bootloop. The only Menu i can enter is the Fastboot&Rescue Mode. In Fastboot&Rescue Mode The Android reboot reason: AP_S_ABNORMAL 64 is shown. Phone Locked, FRP Lock.

Does Anyone know a way to save data like pictures from this phone in this state?

My cat died last month and i would loose all my pictures with her. I would really appreciate every help to save those pictures.

I have a problem with my P30 pro. When I call somebody or somebody calls me it takes 5-10 second for my microphone to start to work. I called service and they say it is bottom board with microphone. I changed bottom board with microphone and it is the same. Any idea what can be wrong?

Hi, so my phone got submerged in water by accident it was turned on when it happened, it got submerged for at least 3 secs, then after 10 secs it turned off on its own and it only showed a red LED how can i fix this? btw i have a little knowledge on how to repair it so the first thing i did was open the back cover and removed the connection of the battery to the motherboard and the other flex cables.. i dried it for atleast 2 days but its still red LED when i tried opening it again, it doesnt vibrate nor show the huawei logo please help me i really need this phone for school

Huawei P10 Lite: phone turns on then a black screen appears

So. My phone turns on, it shows the logo, but then after 3 seconds its just turns black. It still works but it turns black. And same issue when i use it. I listen to spotify, wanna check hour and then screen winks and then black screen appears. Messages still come and i can feel vibration. And even the music is still playing!

I have a Huawei Y6s and i was talking when the phone slipped, and fell in a small cutout with water.It kind of bounced of the cutout and removed itself. Since i was on speaker phone i felt a huge decrase in volume and quality. I ended the call and wiped the phone with a towel, powered it down, and i hit it near the speaker on the towel. then i put the phone in kind of a v position on the speaker. After 20 minutes, i turned it on (huge mistake) to see the speaker. it was at 8%. Then i downloaded a speaker cleaner app and when i started doing the cleaning, it suddenly went down to 4 percent. Then in 5 seconds it went to 0 (it only goes to 2 until saying phone battery empty, phone will shut down in 30 secdns) and shut down. I didnt plug it in. A day passed and i plugged in the phone and it works, but there is some speaker crackling. What do i do? Should i try cleaning it with a toothbrush and 95% isopropyl alcohol?
