I just got a new mate 20 X it's great.

but i got this weird issue when i downloaded some apps from Google play, the icon of the app i downloaded won't show up, instead it shows a white grid with a green background.

I've tried to uninstall it then i installed again and nothing happened.

So does anyone know how to fix it or is it going to be solved with a patch or an update.

I watched the video showing how to replace the battery from Youtube which mentioned that once taking out the old battery, I need to place two adhesive strips to stick the new battery into the tray. However, I don't have the strips. My question is "Can I just ignore it, and continue replacing the new battery without the strips, or I should buy stripes to make sure everything is good in the long run.

I did the dissasembly the whole phone to replace the lcd. It seemed that everything went ok, but when i cloed the phone and tried to power on it did not turn on, I put it in charge but the red light began to flicker and it shows me the red battery sign. I tried to unplug the battery and plug directly to the charger, the red light flashes again and the phone boots up but restarts intermittently and as soon as i plug the battery it again shows me the red battery sign.

I really do not know what to do.
