1998 E 150 and the break system won't completely release the hydrolic pressure on the front pads? Swapped out everyting up front including the ABS switch and it still burns up the rotors. (Rear breaks are all new as well?)

Ford Escape: How to install Fuel Filler Neck Replacement for Escape 2013

I bought a 2013 Ford escape for my son, but we are having issues adding gas at a gas station, the Fuel filler neck is jammed and I can only get gas in the tank via a gas tank, siphon, and screwdriver. So.. I bought a new 'Fuel Filler Neck Replacement for Escape 2013-2025 Fusion 2013-2020 BU5A-9D000-LE' from Ebay thinking its an easy fix. But NO ONE from ebay or amazon has instructions on how to replace. There are no screws inside the gas tank door. Do I need to take out the wheel and wheel well? I searched the internet and could not find anything execpt AI junk that makes it appear more magical than frosted lucky charms. See image below. Thank you for any help /advice!

If I don’t start my 04 Mustang Mach I in two days, the battery is dead. Pulled individual fuses, no problem. Pulled the #6 High Currency Fuse (located by the battery) and the draw stops. #6 controls the Powertrain Control Module (replaced with a reman with plug and play), I/P Fuse panel and Instrument Cluster. I’ve called three Ford Dealerships and Ford Motor Company who could not provide me with any information as to what the I/P Fuse panel is or where it is located in order to determine if there is a short. Can you help?

The wire for my AC compressor is hanging loose and I cannot find where to plug it into
