My Azpen A720 tablet will not turn on at all for for any reason. I charged the device for several hours but to no avail. Is this just an issue with the battery or is there another possibility such as the motherboard or screen?

Hello,

When I try to turn on my Azpen tablet, it doesn't power on. I had it on the charger all night, but still I have no response to pushing the power button. My warranty has expired so I am hoping I will not have to take it somewhere for fixing.

Is there anything I can do to try to do that doesn't require much experience in the world of tinkering with tablets?

Hi there,

The most recent software update from Android came out not too long ago and I am having some difficulty installing it on my tablet. When I go to try and update my tablet, nothing happens. It doesn't even begin to start downloading the update.

I tried backing up my tablet and saving my pictures and deleted all of my apps, but still nothing happens.

Is there something else I can do that might allow me to update it?

Hi, I bought a Azpen Tablet less than a week ago and started using it and the operating system is not booting. When the tablet turns on the the front screen keeps on rebooting and it prevents me from moving forward to the home screen. How can I fix this problem?

i bought the tablet in 2014 thr charger port got loose in 2016 and came out one of the pins broke off the outher one is stull attached i tryed to get it fixed before i was running all over different places in nyc they all said same thing theres no way to fix this so since it been 2 years sinced i tryed to fix it mabey theres a way to fix it now since its 2019 and now there's more technology

My Azpen 13.3" tablet won't take a charge nor turn on. I did a hard factory reset & did the reset button. Not when I try to charge it it flashes the Azpen logo screen. How can I fix this is or do I need to take it to a technician?

Azpen Tablet: Why is my tablet not charging right

My tablet will not charge. When you hold the charger end that goes into the tablet a red shaped battery appears and then it shows sliding green three times and then goes off. It may do this several times and then it quits. I cannot get it to charge. What should I do?
