It can't do much, but it can act as an elec picture frame. The issue is that it has the wrong timezone. Changing the location from the admin tools of the companion app and restarting has no affect on the home-timezone. Anyone know how this might be accomplished? Thanks.

I unfortunately dropped it today but didn't think much of it. Later on it would turn on but the touchscreen is completely unresponsive.

Can I fix this myself? Will I need new parts or this just a loose cable? I'm willing to try this myself.

My Samsung A9+ 5G tablet

I haven't used my tablet for a while and now it's not working. I put it on the charger and it doesn't turn on. Sometimes when I press the power button it lights up but then it turns off again and doesn't work.

The customer already tried a factory reset, now after a few screens it asks for the old gmail account associated with the device.

I have tried a couple tricks with no luck, anything needing a “long press” doens’t work, or to do with the cellular SIM since this a Wi-Fi only model. Even tried deactivating wifi during the activation process (seen it work in one video).

So its been a bunch of months and i found out my problem, (i completely forgot about this post lol) the white ribbon cable was giving me troubles, not connecting properly due to one single bent pin from poor re-assembly.
