The base does not lock when standing up the vacuum so it just falls over when it should lock and stay up. Any ideas how to fix?

Hi All, bought an unused second hand Fx570w for my son on his apprenticeship. Device powers on and works but about every 2 out of 3 times I power it on the display is dimmed for about a second and then the intensity returns to normal. Any ideas what the issue could be causing this. It has a new battery installed.

I'm looking to change of the capacitors on my fan but I could only find one's that are almost similar in rating. Is it okay to use the capacitors from this seller:

Here's the PCB of my fan:

As you can see some of the caps provided by the seller has similar voltage but different uF and vice versa. Should I keep looking for capacitors with the exact rating or is it okay to have some slight difference in rating?

Hi all. I changed the battery on my iPhone 8 and now it's stuck on the Apple logo.

I did some troubleshooting and found this:

When the front camera flex is screwed down in place, it bootloops.
When I remove the screws and leave the flex hanging loose, the phone boots and works perfectly.
I thought the earpiece speaker was the issue because it boots fine without it. But I tried putting electrical tape over the speaker pins so it wouldn't make contact, screwed it down, and it still bootlooped.

Has anyone experienced this? Any solutions on what exactly I should buy or do to fix it? Thanks!

My Macbook air m1 a2337 is having LCD issues. On startup & login, the LCD is fine.

Then when i click on an application, that's when the screen quality turns into this:

I have the IFIXIT Pro Tech Toolkit. Im just looking for someone to identify which part inside is the issue? Apparently it's one of the connectors. Also if you can identify the part, where will it be located & a picture example. If there's a video that's even better. This is the only issue. The macbook runs fine.

Dishwasher: Fixing an LG Dishwasher LE error code

My dishwasher stopped working when it started giving me an OE error code. Turned out to be a bad drain pump, which Ive replaced. After replacing the drain pump, I now get an LE error code. I wasn't getting this before. I understand the LE error code is associated with the water pump not working, but I find it hard to believe that the pump just failed at the same time as the drain pump. Is there something I could've messed up while replacing the drain pump that would cause this? When I start a Rinse cycle, I hear the dishwasher go through a drain cycle first, then the fill valve opens and I hear it fill with water. When it's time for the water pump to kick on, I just hear kind of a "Egh" noise a couple times, before it throws the code, almost as if the impeller is stuck or something.

I noticed a couple screws were stripped that screw the top piece (filter part) into the whole sump assembly. Besides that, couldnt find anything else.

2009-2014 Ford F-150: Power windows intermittently don't work

2010 F-150 Extended Cab

Several days ago I got in the truck and none of the windows would work. All 4 windows were affected, and none of the switches would work -- driver's door multiple switch and individual door switches - nothing worked. Later in the day, they started working. Then again they wouldn't. This repeated randomly.

I identified the 30 Amp circuit breaker in the inside passenger side fuse panel and got a new one at the Ford dealer. The problem seemed to go away, but after a couple of days, it was back. None of the switches would work, none of the window motors would work.

Note: when nothing would work, I could get them working again by simply pulling the breaker out of the panel, checking continuity with a volt meter, and re-installing it. Windows would start working again, then they wouldn't.

On the F0rd F-150 Forums, I learned that the Delayed Accessory Relay was another possible culprit. I bought a new one at the Ford dealer and installed it. That worked for one day, and the problem came back. Out of ideas,. and eager to get the windows up before impending rain, I pulled the new circuit breaker and replaced it with the old one. The windows worked -- then they didn't.

I have no idea what to do now. Anybody have any ideas?

My iPad connects to my WIFI then after about 10 seconds it drops it and searches to connect again. I'm sitting next to a Roku then keeps it's connection so I believe it is not a problem with the WIFI itself.
